Shipping and Payment Information

A. Shipping Costs and Information:

By default, the goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is by Deutsche Post DHL or UPS.


If you wish to have it shipped to another country, please send us an email (mail@flutissimo.de) before placing your order and tell us the item, the quantity, the delivery address, the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.


I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3.90 euros per order. From a gross order value of 59.00 euros, we ship free of charge within Germany.


The delivery time is 1-3 working days. The delivery period begins on the day after the conclusion of the contract and ends when the last day of the period expires. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day takes the place of such a day.


If you order several items from us in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.

We deliver to the following countries:

The shipping costs to these countries are a flat rate of 9.90 euros per order. For deliveries to these countries, the delivery time is extended by 2-4 working days.


In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by banks (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). B. Payment Information:

I. For shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

II. When shipping outside of Germany

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

After receipt of the invoice, you transfer the amount to be paid by you to our bank account within seven days.


2. Payment via the payment service provider PayPal


Just a few steps to payment:

  • At checkout, select "PayPal" as the payment method.
  • In order to process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
  • If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
    If you don't already have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
  • You will then be redirected back to us (www.flutissimo.de).


3. Cash or card payment upon collection


You collect the goods yourself from us and pay on site in cash or by EC card. We will first inform you by e-mail that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this e-mail, you can pick up the goods by appointment at the following address:
